System is set up to run at speeds of up to 2500 RPM per station

Each individual station will consist of a single reel cradle set up in a 45ยบ configuration with the second reel set outside the rotating bow assembly.
The bottom reels runs through the bow assembly and the interior reel pays out through the center support providing the single twist (one RPM = one twist) at the top of the bow assembly.
In this manner the twisted pair itself is not subjected to any centrifugal stress around the bow.
Each station has its own 5 HP AC Inverter Drive system and electrically controlled constant tension.
Unit accommodates reels with 500 mm flange diameter and up to 335 mm OAW utilizing a pintle design
